 Each chalet has it's own run attached, where there is a sun shelf to enjoy basking while being protected by a roof that filters some of the suns harmful rays, as well as keeps off the rain.
We use an environmentally friendly wood based cat litter from renewable sources, if your cat does not like this type of product, we ask that you supply your own. We can provide beds and bedding, and prefer to use our own dishes. However, you are welcome to supply any food; toys or treats, as well as bed and bedding if you feel this will make your cat more at home while in our care. There is a cat toy in each run, but these are simple as they have to be treated with ant bacterial and virucidal disinfectants between occupants.
We will try to keep to the type of food and routine your cat is used to, using tins; dry or fresh food at the intervals you request.
We must ask that all cats arrive in a secure carrier, they remain the responsibility of the owner until they are within the security of our cattery unit. and again on leaving, once out of this secure area they are the responsibility of the owner.
Medications will be administered to your instructions, ideally these should be in the original packaging, and please ensure we have accurate dosage instructions, also the reason for medication with the symptoms we should be aware of, kindly allow extra just in case of a delay to your return journey, should it be necessary to purchase medications this will be added to the boarding fees.
Should any cat be found to have parasites these will be treated with appropriate medication from your own vet if local, and you will be charged for this on your retun.
Fees for the cattery:-
a single cat £9.00 per day, a pair of cats, £15.50 per day and a trio of cats £23.00 per day
all fees are per day or part of a day, except when leaving before 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure, when that day is free of charge.
